LONDON - VICTORIA
London’s calling. For our first venture abroad, our Victoria location will be a sustainable city oasis of 114 rooms for all types of traveller, plus two residential apartments. A restaurant, bar and deli for neighbours and guests alike will keep our 24-hour spaces alive around the clock.
DUBLIN - CAPEL STREET
Situated on the historically rich Capel Street, The July Dublin is a chance for us to showcase our vision of creating an urban oasis for guests and locals. The July Dublin’s top floor will offer stunning views over the river Liffey and Southern Dublin, while the ground floor public area will include an open and vibrant lobby, a neighbourhood deli, bar, and an extended wellness area open to guests, local residents and neighbouring businesses.
LISBON - BARONESA
Lisbon is an incredible city with its historic heritage, broad cultural offering, amazing cuisine, great beaches and lush nature. All of which makes it a perfect place for us to set up our next home. We’re in the process of renovating Palace Baronesa, paying homage to its elaborate historic relevance and surroundings while creating a sustainable BREEAM classified building. It’s crowning jewel will be the central interior garden which will have a full-length swimming pool and open-plan restaurant.
AMSTERDAM - SOUTH AXIS
Designed by celebrated Dutch architects A. Bodon and J.H. Ploeger in the late 1960’s, The July’s vision for the property is to celebrate and restore the asset’s modernist design. The design approach will seamlessly fuse mid-century modernist principles with contemporary details. The aim is to preserve the charm & integrity of the once-celebrated property, with the transformation of hotel rooms into spacious apartments, co-working spaces, wellness areas and much more.
